Presentations
Presentation are 25' long followed by a short commentary/questions by the chair of session as well as a 15 minutes discussion.
Keynote presentations are 40' long followed by a short commentary/questions by the respondant as well as a 35 minutes discussion.
The room is equipped with video-projectors. Please note that the conference does not provide computers and/or connectors for mac users.
How to get there
From Paris airports:
From Charles-de-Gaulle airport, take RER B to Paris (direct train). The RER stop closest to the conference venue is Luxembourg. Tickets cost approx. 10 euros.
From Orly airport, two options: 1) Take Orlybus from the airport to Denfert-Rochereau, where you can take RER B or other metros (lines 4, 6). Tickets cost approx. 8 euros. 2) Take Orlyval to Anthony, where you can take RER B. Tickets cost approx. 12 euros.
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys):
Take RER B (direction "Sud" or "Robinson/Saint-Rémy") to Luxembourg to get to the conference venue.
When coming from the airport, keep your RER/bus ticket for connections within Paris (metros or RER).
Accommodation
Unfortunately, we do not provide any accommodation for speakers. We recommend that several of you rent an Airbnb accommodation together to limit the costs of accommodation.
